Subscriberist.AI provides a subscription management platform that helps you track, organize, and manage your recurring subscriptions. We provide links to third-party subscription services but do not directly manage or cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, using automated tools to scrape data, interfering with other users' access, or using the service for any illegal purpose.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for annual plans.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Subscriberist.AI are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Subscriberist.AI is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
